ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTERNSHIP (6 MONTHS)
Dagsmejan
Zürich
Internship
10.07.2026
Dagsmejan is an innovative Swiss direct-to-consumer brand on a mission to improve sleep—and, with it, people's health and wellbeing.
Inspired by the advancements in performance sportswear, we have partnered with leading experts in sleep science, materials science and textile engineering to reinvent what we wear closest to our skin for one-third of our lives. The result is a new category of scientifically engineered sleepwear that helps people sleep more comfortably and recover better.
Today, Dagsmejan serves customers in more than 80 countries and has received over 25,000 five-star customer reviews. Our growth has also been recognised internationally: the Financial Times ranked Dagsmejan among Europe's 1,000 fastest-growing companies, placing us #48 overall, #1 in Apparel & Fashion, and #1 in Switzerland.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Entrepreneurship Intern to join us for a six-month programme. Working closely with our management team, you will gain hands-on experience across the different functions of a fast-growing international D2C business.
What you'll gain
• Hands-on experience in a fast-growing international consumer brand.
• Broad exposure to business development, marketing, e-commerce, retail and operations.
• Direct collaboration with experienced entrepreneurs and a highly committed team.
• Meaningful responsibilities from day one.
What you'll be working on
As an Entrepreneurship Intern, you'll support a broad range of commercial and operational topics. Depending on business priorities, your work may include:
• Supporting business development activities and researching potential partnerships across different markets and channels.
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Helping identify, prepare and operate pop-up stores and other retail concepts.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer research.
• Preparing presentations, reports and analyses for the management team.
• Supporting cross-functional projects across different parts of the business.
• Contributing wherever needed and gaining practical insight into the day-to-day operations of a growing international e-commerce company.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys getting things done.
Ideally, you bring:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or are close to completing one) in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Initial practical experience through internships, student jobs or entrepreneurial projects.
• A hands-on mentality and the willingness to take ownership.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with e-commerce platforms, digital tools or AI applications is a plus.
• A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, health and consumer brands.
Why Dagsmejan?
Building a successful consumer brand isn't just about strategy—it is about solving problems every day, working across different functions and turning ideas into reality.
During this internship, you'll experience exactly that. You'll contribute to real projects, work alongside experienced entrepreneurs and gain practical insights into what it takes to build and grow an international premium brand.
If you enjoy variety, taking initiative and learning by doing, we'd love to hear from you.
Interested?
Please send your application to [email protected].
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch—we look forward to hearing from you.

Product Development / Co-Founder
Drink Specialist / Product Development / Co-Founder
sawastea
Lucerne
Co-Founder
10.07.2026
sawastea, Lucerne, Switzerland · Co-Founder · Equity
We're two people testing out an idea: Sawastea, an authentic Thai Iced Tea (Cha Yen). We haven't founded a company yet — right now it's small home-batches and figuring out if there's a real market for it.
So far it's one person on marketing & sales, one on ICT & design. What we're missing is someone who genuinely knows food/beverage product development — that's you.
What we're looking for:
A co-founder to take ownership of product development: bringing real expertise to our recipe, formulation, and eventually the path toward an RTD product. You don't need to know Thai tea specifically — but you should genuinely come from this field, not be learning it alongside us.
What you'd work on:
- Recipe refinement and eventually scaling from home-batch toward a producible format with a suiting partner
- Reformulation questions: e.g. moving from synthetic colorants to natural alternatives without losing color/stability
- Shelf-life and food safety basics: pasteurization, preservation, working with a milk-infused tea
- Helping us think through what it takes to eventually work with a co-packer
- Keeping an eye on Swiss food law relevant to composition and labeling
You might be a fit if you have:
- A real background in food science, beverage technology, or F&B product development — studies or hands-on industry experience
- Genuine comfort with hands-on recipe work: tasting, iterating, adjusting — not just theory
- Interest in joining as an co-founder from an early, unproven stage — this is still a test, not a running business yet
What we offer:
- Co-founder equity and real influence on where this goes
- An honest, early-stage project: we've done some groundwork (food law basics, batch records, a first pass at financials) but there's no funding, no company, no guarantees yet
- Two people who take this seriously and want a third who can actually judge the product side, which we can't yet.
- Start Up experience and passion for entrepreneurship.
If this sounds interesting even without a perfect match on paper, reach out and let's talk.

Software CTO
Riverkin
Zürich
Full Time
07.07.2026
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced software engineer to own Riverkin’s technical roadmap end-to-end, including working hands-on on the software component. You will take responsibility for creating a reliable client-facing product, which will be mainly an enterprise software that is fed with data (from hardware we build ourselves) and models (which we also build ourselves).
We already have several manufactured sensor prototypes and a software MVP deployed in the field with clients. Now we need someone who can take what exists, challenge it where needed, and define a coherent, scalable path forward with a customer facing approach and without overengineering or starting from scratch unnecessarily.
You should think like a builder, not an optimizer. We need someone who has taken products from 0 to 1 and knows how to move fast without losing track of the overall structure.
What You'll Do
Create Clarity and Momentum
Bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive them to execution
Make decisions and move forward without waiting for perfect information
Lead, shape and manage the technical team
You will be a leader and guide the technical team so that everyone has enough context for their work, ownership of their work, and a growth path
You will decide what to build in-house, where to use external support, and how to keep engineering quality high as the software and sensor deployments scale.
Own the technical roadmap
Work with the product team to obtain product requirements and translate them into a technical roadmap
You will align the roadmap with our current stage
Decide when to iterate, fix or rebuild and explain why
Create a path to scale and industrialization
Own, Build, and Industrialize the Software Architecture
Define and build the first customer-facing platform where customers can access, understand and act on our data.
Evaluate the current backend and decide what to keep, fix, or redesign (today: a Python backend, AWS provisioned with Terraform, SQLite, and a JavaScript frontend)
Make practical decisions on UX, APIs, and structure to get to a usable MVP quickly
Lead development of our cloud backend (primarily AWS and GCP based)
Build and refine data pipelines from sensor ingestion to usable outputs
Not only design, but remain deeply involved in implementation
Lead debugging and debug yourself
Find the balance between scalable architecture and pragmatic solutions, aligned with our stage (product and company)
Bring the final product to commercialization/industrialization
Work with the hydrology and hardware teams
Translate customer needs in product development direction, both hardware and data side
You will support the hardware team to bring their hardware to industrialization
You will lead and define the IP roadmap together with the hardware team
You will work with the hydrology team to define the model outputs and how to represent the outputs in the software
Who You Are
You have built and shipped enterprise products from the ground up in a startup or similar environment.
You are customer facing, translate customer needs into product and architecture decisions.
You are both a hands-on developer and an architect.
You have worked closely with hardware-software systems.
You have strong intuition for pragmatic software architecture at an early stage.
You can turn messy inputs into clear technical directions.
You care about building systems that actually work in the real world.
You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teammates.
Technical Requirements
Strong experience building cloud-based systems (AWS required)
Proficient in modern backend development (e.g. Python or Node.js)
Experience designing and building data pipelines and APIs
Comfortable building simple frontends for MVPs
Experience working with real-world data systems (IoT, data platforms, or similar is a strong plus)
7 years of experience building and shipping software products
3 years of experience managing and leading a team
Comfortable with infrastructure-as-code (we use Terraform) and SQL
Nice to Have
Experience building data-as-a-service or analytics platforms
Previous founder experience

Location: 4 days per week in Zurich office (with one day flexible/remote)
Starting date: by November 1st 2026 at the latest

About Riverkin
We are a well-capitalized startup building real-time sensing and data infrastructure for rivers. Our own field-deployed sensors collect live water-level and sediment data, while our platform turns that data into decision-ready insights for customers. We work across two core use cases: hydropower, where better sediment data can support flushing, asset protection and compliance; and flash-flood risk, where local river data can help hydropower, first responders and municipalities understand what is happening before conditions become critical. We are a small, hands-on Swiss startup working across hydrology models, sensing products, software and market development with real customer deployments.
To apply: Email a short motivation and your CV to [email protected]. If you have them, add links to things you’ve shipped: your Github profile, a portfolio, or a couple of lines on a 0-to-1 product you owned (optional, not required).
Our process has three stages: 1) a screening call, 2) an online 45min interview, and 3) a 2h workshop with the founders on-site in Zurich.

Full Time
06.07.2026
About the Role
We are looking for a recent graduate that is excited to wear many hats in our startup and support operations: getting their hands wet during fieldwork, supporting customers, owning and driving the projects we have with clients and making sure we deliver on time, and managing sensor inventory in the lab and field.
This is primarily an operational role, but we’re looking for someone with a technical background. This is not an engineering role.
What You'll Do:
Fieldwork
You will own all fieldwork responsibility: from scheduling a field visit to a client site (usually somewhere along a river in the Alps), to renting/packing the car with sensors and safety equipment, selecting the optimal location for installation, updating sensor firmware and settings, making sure sensor is sending data correctly via LoRa or satellite, installing the sensor in the river along with other material to protect the sensor, and collect water samples
You will find flaws in our sensor deployment setup, and then come up with better solutions and communicate these solutions to the product team
You will create better and more robust sensor deployment setups if needed
You will keep collected samples and field equipment organized
Customer success
You will follow up with customers and make sure their product is working as it should
You will troubleshoot any issues that the customers face with the sensors
You will document any issues that arise and communicate them to the product & engineering teams
You will document any feature requests from the customers and communicate them to the product team
Project management
You will keep track of our current customer projects (contacts, next steps, identification of sensors deployed, which sensors are online and/or need to be fixed)
You will be the driver for delivering outcomes to the clients by:
Requesting new features from the software team and telling the client when the feature will be ready, then making sure the feature gets delivered
Requesting bug fixes from the engineering team and then giving the client a date when the bug is fixed, then following up with the client to make sure their issue is solved
Inventory management
Creating and keeping track of our sensor inventory in the lab and in the field
And knowing how many sensors we need to order from our manufacturing partner based on the number of clients we have in the pipeline
Place sensor orders with our manufacturing partner on time so that sensors arrive before a project is due to begin
Create a smooth ordering process from the manufacturing partner
Oversee basic budget management, expense reporting, and invoice tracking from the manufacturing partners
Manage day-to-day logistics
Who You Are
You enjoy working in the field, rain or shine
You enjoy speaking to clients and enabling their success
You’re a fast learner
You’re highly organized, reliable, and enjoy bringing order to chaos
You’re a strong communicator and a natural multitasker
You’re comfortable taking initiative and asking for help when needed
You thrive in an early-stage, fast-changing environment
Requirements
Must speak German and English (C level or native), with preference to candidates that are also fluent in French
Must have a valid driving license and be comfortable driving manual cars and confident driving on mountain roads to reach field sites
Degree in a technical field (engineering, science, or equivalent) from a Berrufslehre, Hochschule or Fachhochschule (or equivalent)
Must be comfortable handling a drill while standing in a river
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)
Can swim
Nice to Have
Swiftwater Rescue Technician Certificate
Experience with IoT or sensor-based systems
Experience navigating rivers on foot

Hub Lead: Operations & Community (80%)
Sitem MedTech HUB by Sitem Startup Club
Are you a natural host who loves bringing people together, creating a great atmosphere, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? Join Sitem Startup Club (SSC) as our Hub Lead and become the heart of the Sitem MedTech Hub (SMH).
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone with experience in operations, hospitality, coworking, events, or community management; and who enjoys being part of a dynamic startup and innovation environment.
The role
As Hub Lead, you are the person who makes the hub feel welcoming, inspiring, professional, and alive.
You lead the daily operations of the space while acting as the main host and community connector for founders, researchers, startups, partners, and guests. You are just as comfortable managing logistics as you are welcoming a new startup team on their first day.
What you’ll do
Host the hub
• Be the first friendly face members and guests see when they arrive.
• Create a calm, professional, and warm atmosphere in a fast-moving innovation environment.
• Build trusted relationships with members and understand what they’re working on.
• Make thoughtful introductions that spark collaboration across startups, partners, and teams.
Own the member journey
• Lead new member onboarding, including tours, orientations, access setup, and follow-ups.
• Make sure founders and teams feel confident, supported, and at home from day one.
• Be the go-to person on-site for questions, requests, and problem-solving.
• Gather member feedback and continuously improve the experience.
Run the hub like a pro
• Own the day-to-day operations of the coworking and accelerator space.
• Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and offices are always ready to host.
• Manage schedules, vendors, supplies, access, and operational workflows.
• Spot issues early and resolve them smoothly and efficiently.
Support community and programming
• Support HUB activities, events, workshops, and partner visits.
• Help create moments of connection before and after programming.
• Ensure events run smoothly from a hosting and operational perspective.
Lead with presence
• Set the standard for hospitality, professionalism, and care.
• Coordinate on-site staff, partners, or service providers.
• Balance structure and flexibility in a dynamic startup environment.
A day in the life
You open the hub, do a quick walk-through, and make sure everything is set: coffee on, rooms ready, and the space calm and welcoming.
You greet founders as they arrive, check in with a new startup moving into the space, and answer questions about access, meeting rooms, or daily hub life.
Between meetings, you handle operations: vendor coordination, supply checks, scheduling, and solving small issues before they become big ones.
Over lunch, you connect members who should know each other and gather informal feedback.
In the afternoon, you onboard a new team, give them a tour, and make sure they’re fully set up.
You wrap the day by resetting the space, checking tomorrow’s schedule, and leaving the hub ready for another great day.
Who you are
• You are a natural host: warm, confident, and grounded.
• You are detail-oriented and have a strong operational mindset.
• You are comfortable in a professional, innovation driven environment.
• You stay calm under pressure and are proactive by default.
• You are genuinely excited about startups, MedTech, hospitality, and community.
• You enjoy being present in the hub and shaping the daily experience of members and guests.
Experience that helps
• Experience in hospitality, coworking, community management, operations, or events.
• Experience managing a physical space where people and details matter.
Languages
• English, German (Swiss German)
What you’ll get
• An exciting 80% role with a high level of ownership and responsibility.
• The chance to be at the center of a thriving MedTech innovation ecosystem.
• The opportunity to build real relationships with founders, researchers, and industry leaders.
• A young, dynamic, and entrepreneurial work environment.
• A unique role combining hospitality, operations, and community.
• The chance to own a space that enables meaningful impact in healthcare.

Our members include founders, researchers, clinicians, investors, and industry partners who are building the future of healthcare. The hub brings together people who are serious about impact and value being part of a curated, collaborative community.
As Hub Lead, you are the host of the SSC.

m7c
Zürich
Full Time
02.07.2026
Monotonic (m7c) replaces the stack of git bolt-ons (scale hacks, merge queues, SBOM scanners) with one cohesive VCS: a post-AI linear monorepo with native build integration.
Pre-seed, technical founder (ex-Google), working prototype, mid-raise.
You own everything non-engineering: first customers, pricing, hiring, ops, fundraising support. Founder builds product; you build the business. Many hats, no playbook handed to you.
You'll:
- Land the first paying design partners and turn pilots into contracts.
- Build the bottoms-up motion: FOSS adoption to team to org, with the compliance paywall (CRA/SBOM attestation, enterprise admin) as the conversion trigger.
- Set pricing, run the commercial process, and help stand up the company as we grow.
You are:
- Commercially sharp in dev-tools, infrastructure, or a technical B2B product. You've sold or gone to market before, even if not at this exact altitude.
- Credible to engineers. Our ICP is platform and infra leads who spot a non-technical seller instantly.
- Comfortable pre-product and pre-revenue, with regulatory tailwind (CRA, EU sovereignty) as the wedge.
Terms: founding equity, salary on close. Path to co-founder on proven fit. Zürich or remote.

Co-Founder
29.06.2026
I'm building Primerus, the AI system that builds and runs the entire digital presence for businesses in regulated industries (SMEs).
Here's what makes it work: most marketing tools hand you a dashboard and leave you to figure it out. Primerus is the opposite. Our AI generates, operates, and continuously optimizes everything - brand, website, content, SEO/GEO, social, virtual twins, and customer communication - autonomously.
The owner focuses on their craft; the system grows their brand in the background. We started in the €2B+ DACH aesthetics market, where trust and compliance decide everything.
In 8 months, fully bootstrapped, we've reached €120k ARR with 10+ paying customers. The wedge is proven. In the long run, we scale across every regulated industry where reputation is the product.
I bring the domain expertise, the go-to-market engine, and real traction. What I'm looking for is a technical co-founder to own the autonomous AI architecture and build this into a category-defining company with me.
